Cool Stuff for Saturday - Halloween Decorating

In the mood for a little Halloween?  Try some of these fun
Decorating Ideas for your Halloween Home ~

For your table:

How incredibly cool is this mummified head sitting on its own little platter?  And isn't a black table cloth and red wine the perfect added touch of Halloween spookiness?!  If you'd like to give a nod to the season and your own Halloween table you can unravel the directions here

When my son was much younger one of his favorite movies was "The Nightmare before Christmas" (we love Tim Burton's quirkiness and imagination).  Therefore, upon seeing these cupcakes, topped with a skeletal likeness of Jack Skellington, (" I'm a master of fright, / and a demon of light, / and I'll scare you right out of your pants. / To a guy in Kentucky / I'm Mister Unlucky / And I'm know thoughout England and France, / And since I am dead, / I can take off my head /..".) I knew I'd have to share this creative ode to the spirit of Halloween!  You can top off your own table-scape with these fun Jack Skellington cupcakes found  here
These Orange and Black bundles of licorice goodness would be a wonderful addition to any spooky Halloween table.  Image and downloadable directions found  here

For Your Home:

Love these decorated apothecary jars that can be refilled to fit any seasonal decorating scheme - I just don't know how long my children and husband could resist getting into the candy corn!  Guess I'd just have to keep a couple of extra bags on hand to keep their sweet teeth satiated.  Inspirational notes found here

Black on Black Bat Pillow - Don't let this idea fly away...Find the directions here

Paranormal Portraits - if you dare, click here

For Your Adult Friends:

Why not serve the thirsty adults in your crowd with a bloody good drink that will leave them licking the rim in total vampire happiness?  If this idea makes you scream with frightful delight, you can find the delectable recipe and directions here

~ And I leave you with a quote from Jack Skellington ~
Jack Skellington: [singing] What's this? What's this? There's color everywhere! What's this? There's white things in the air! What's this? I can't believe my eyes, I must be dreaming; wake up, Jack, this isn't fair! What's this?
